Reply:Joschka isn't German neither. It's a nickname of Russian or Slavic descent. Apart from Joschka Fischer (whose real name is Josef Martin Fischer), you will hardly find any Joschkas.
The German equivalent to Joshua is Josua. But I don't know any famous Germans with that name.
