Name suggestions for an all black german shepherd?

Im debating whether to get a companion for my shepherd, I have sen a puppy that is all black, Total block on names for him, any suggestions?

Reply:I have 2 german shepherds i male 1 female the names i have are kia and chenia and it really suits them both you need to see what suits the dog before you pick the name it took me weeks to pick chenias name she was called a few before hand but i settled on this name for her. good luck

Reply:Adolf...( love German shepherds, they are great pets), sometimes how he acts is an easy way to name them. Like if he's a dumb dopey kind of dog...Dopey. Or if he makes a lot of puddles...get the point? I would think Sarge for (Sgt.)...German Shepherds are an authoritative type of dog and can be trained easily and are great watch dogs.

I was going to name our dog that but she ended up being black and white, not jet black. A friend of mine has just got a Rottie and called it Grumble, which I think is absolutely gorgeous! I have also recently met a Porridge :-)

Reply:yes you should get him a companion, mmm, there are many names, its little puppy and black is very cute, you can name him Kuro, japanese for black, if you prefer an english name you can call him Rover, i believe that each name would influence a creature or human, so the name is up to you, sometimes we cant cant feel what you fell abou the puppy, roll him over and give him a belly scratch...and i am sure you'll find a perfect name gud luck
