What is a good name for a male german shepherd?

im getting a 9 week old male german shepherd in a little over a week. ive done a lot of research but i just cant find the right name for him. i was wondering if you could give me some suggestions?

Reply:Did you want to go with something German, like Karl or Gunther? I've always liked Buster myself for a macho dog like that.

Reply:Let the dog help you find his name - it's not necessary to have a name picked out for the dog right when they get home. Give the dog a couple days to begin to show you his personality, and the right name may just come to you.





You can always fall back on some typical common names, such as Max or Lucky.
