Wee-oh-lah (but then, I have a lisp)
Vee-oh-la, otherwise.
Sash.
How would one pronounce the name Viola if speaking in German ?
@ Dave
FYI the V is NOT always pronounced as an F.
Examples:
Vase
Viola
Verena
Ventil
Version
Video
Virtuell
Volt
etc.
Those are pronounced
Wah-se
Wee-oh-la
Weh-reh-na
Wen-teel
Wehr-sion
Wee-deo
Weer-tu-ell
Wollt
There is no contracted form that sounds like "Yoola", but when people talk fast it might sound like "Yoola" when they are actually saying Viola.
Reply:Veeola. Vee-oh-lah.
Reply:Vee-yo-lah
